Position Overview:
On Grade is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating heavy construction equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently managing machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and graders to complete site preparation and grading work on various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery for grading, leveling, and site preparation in line with project specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, site plans, and instructions to ensure precision in earthmoving and excavation tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance and daily safety checks to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Adhere to safety standards and guidelines while coordinating with site supervisors and other crew members.
- Provide input on operational efficiency, proactively resolving issues that may arise on the job site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating heavy equipment on construction sites.

This role requires at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale construction operations, coordinating multiple teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, while closely monitoring progress.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and resolve any issues that arise.
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
- Manage project risks, track project milestones, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.
- Ensure all project documentation, including permits and licenses, are in place and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

- Review project specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings to provide input on feasibility and implementation.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring engineering solutions align with project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and construction teams to resolve technical issues that arise on-site.
- Perform site inspections to ensure construction adheres to plans and safety protocols.
- Support the procurement process by identifying technical requirements for materials and equipment.

Qualifications:
